These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the Maison Atlas Switzerland online shop ([maison-atlas.ch]).
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping within Switzerland is free for all orders.
Delivery is only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The current batch is a pre-order. Estimated delivery times are communicated on the product page.
Payment is optionally made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or TWINT. We use Stripe as a secure payment processor.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@maison-atlas.ch.
The statutory warranty rights under Swiss Code of Obligations (CO Art. 197 ff.) apply. In case of defects, please contact info@maison-atlas.ch within the statutory deadlines.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss law applies exclusively.
